Paul Baumann
Founder, Owner, and President
Paul Baumann has more than 40 years of experience in government contracts, accounting, and small business management. Mr. Baumann is an expert in DCAA compliance and government contract accounting. He has authored and conducted numerous training courses in government contract accounting and has helped many clients set up their accounting systems, understand their costs, prepare budgets and cost proposals, and comply with DCAA regulations.
Mr. Baumann is a recognized expert in job costing and modeling. He has built cost projection models and spearheaded numerous cost trade studies to examine costs for development, manufacturing and support costs for electronic equipment for industry as well as government clients.
Mr. Baumann designed and built Corp_Pro℠ to be a DCAA compliant enterprise management system for use by small businesses. He has built numerous other management information systems to help clients streamline their processes, capture more accurate data, and to reduce reconciliation headaches.
Mr. Baumann started his career as a project engineer at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in 1971, where he specialized in up-front acquisition planning.
Ramona Baumann
Vice President
Ramona Baumann oversees all accounting services for Corp_Pro℠ clients including payroll, payables, receivables, and comptroller. Ms. Baumann joined PDS in 1986 and became vice president in 1989. Since that time she has been responsible for all back office operations including HR, finance, accounting, tax reporting, DCAA reporting, and contracts management in addition to her client responsibilities.
Ms. Baumann has more than 35 years of experience in government contract accounting both inside the government and in industry. She has acted as comptroller for numerous small government contractors and nonprofits. In this capacity she has been responsible for managing accounting, financial operations, and government reporting. She is an expert in payroll processing and taxes. Ms. Baumann began her career as a program analyst for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in 1978 where she was responsible for project accounting.
